RINGS
The exercise in the rings lasts about a minute, during which the gymnast holds static positions and performs dynamic steps, ending with a jump called exit. All the muscles of the upper limbs are intensely stressed and are therefore characterized by high muscle hypertrophy. This Olympic discipline includes six different specialties, or six different tools on which the gymnast can perform his exercises. The exercises are evaluated by special judges on the basis of their content, both in terms of technical complexity and precision and executive elegance.
